Lic. Maximiliano Ceiter

I possess relevant work experience in Administration, Human Resources, Logistics and Finance as Naval Officer at the Uruguayan Navy, where I served for 8 years on board warships, for 3 years as Navy Intelligence Officer; and deployed for 7 years in UN Operations, having served as a Fast Patrol Boat Commander, Executive Officer, and as Chief of Operations at the Uruguayan Riverine Patrol Company in MONUSCO (UN Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo); as well as Human Resources Assistant in UNVMC (UN Verification Mission in Colombia) deployed as International Observer and UN Volunteer. Moreover, I was Instructional Staff Member of the National Peace Operations Training Institute of Uruguay for 8 years with international participation in Guatemala, Germany and Austria.
In terms of academic background, I hold a bachelor's degree in Naval Systems with focus on Gender issues in Peacekeeping Operations at the Uruguayan Naval Academy; a HR Management specialization at University of Minnesota Twin-Cities (USA), and a Leadership specialization at City University Miami (USA). I am currently pursuing my MBA at International University of La Rioja (Spain).
Finally, I consider having an efficient client-oriented set-up with a strong planning and organizational skill; capable to work under pressure and within teams; with experience supporting the front office of a senior official; and able to establish suitable working relationships with all Clients in order to find and solve problems by doing the needful.
