Experience as a Public Manager, Ministry of Culture, Bucharest (2007).
Experience as a School Inspector for European Projects, ISJ Olt (2016-2017).
Running training sessions for Romanian teachers on the use of innovative tools in the teaching of foreign languages and didactic planning. Working independently or in a team carrying out in-depth qualitative evaluation of training activities, using participant observations, in-depth interviews and focus groups. Work previously planned during training courses in Romania and France (between 2001 and 2005).
Running training sessions for Romanian teachers on the use of Information Technology in the teaching of EFL. Work previously planned during training courses in Romania and the UK (between 2003 and 2004).
