Sami Shrestha

Ms. Sami Shrestha is a permanent resident of Pashupatinagar, Hetauda-09, Makwanpur district of Nepal. She obtained her Master’s degree in science of Forestry from the Institute of Forestry, Pokhara under Tribhuvan University. Currently, she is working as an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Forestry, Tribhuvan University. Ms. Shrestha is working as a Research Fellow for forestry and climate change in People’s Help Group (PHG), the Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). She has worked as an Assistant Project Manager in Nipuna Prabidhik Sewa. She has been working in SMART Pvt. Ltd in ecotourism promotion field . She has guided forestry undergraduate students and worked as a assistant for a PhD. student in her research activities.She has published articles in national and international journals.
