This paper helps to understand the role of nurse leaders and the various interactions they engage in to ensure they achieve the desired goal. Leadership and management are based on an organizational context in which multiple variables such as psychology, sociology, gender, and interprofessional interactions impact the carrying out of numerous duties and how individual nurses perceive themselves.
