INTRODUCTION:
Proficiency levels assessment, continuous monitoring, analysis and reporting of employability levels are considered as outcome of engineering education may lead to indicator for quality of education. The above said are possible through continuous learning and flexible accessing modes of frequent test are possible. This is possible through implementation of evidence-based learning analytics is demonstrated using cloud based employability(CBE) tool for skill improvement of undergraduate student in engineering institutions. In this article, data about the various proficiency tests performance of undergraduate students in their course duration while studying engineering programs at autonomous level college, are presented and analyzed.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY:
A total sample size of around 4000 test results of undergraduates of multi disciplines such as Aeronautical Engineering(AERO), Computer Science and Engineering(CSE), Information Technology(IT), Electronics and Communication Engineering(ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering(EEE), Mechanical Engineering(ME) and Civil Engineering(CIVIL). The test series contain 150 tests of 3 different skills such as Aptitude, Technical and English proficiency over four years of duration i.e., 2011 to 2015.
For the four year of engineering program, skill test score obtained by each test and cumulative score of each student in each department is collected and analyzed using Tableau software. This mode of analysis helps in various directions such as to encourage the evidence based learning analytics research; assessment of quality of engineering education; and attainment levels through these test series; and also the feedback to the organization about skewed standards of the engineering education practices.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS:
The current data is derived from the continuous performance monitoring of undergraduate students in respect to their analytical and logical reasoning abilities resulting to their overall professional skills development. The said undergraduate students are based and enrolled in Institute of Aeronautical Engineering(IARE), Hyderabad, India from 2011-2017. The present information is based on Cloud Based Employability (CBE) evaluation tool developed by Placement and Training Division of IARE. The students in this observation graduated between 2015 and 2018 (inclusive). The total sample size of this data is around 3948, spread across 1636, 214, 1219,281,186,254 and 158 students from CSE, IT,ECE,AERO,EEE, MECH, and CIVIL disciplines respectively. The broad variation in number of tests attempted by student and their related performance is observed amongst seven disciplines during continuous training and evaluation of students on said skills.
Table 1 depicts sample data of proficiency test scores of all discipline students. These said tests are conducted, monitored by a team and evaluations are done by Placement and Training Division(PAT) of IARE. Test Scores are represented using the scale of 40 marks in Aptitude, Technical and English proficiency skill areas respectively.

Table 2 shows sample statistics of number of tests taken by students. From table 2, it is observed that tests are taken by CSE students in all skill tests this indirectly indicates that CSE student are having higher scope of employability opportunity during placements.
