The article begins by outlining the growing demand for project management skills in the Czech Republic and how ACSA in Brno has responded to this demand by offering courses that cover the theory and practice of professional project management. The author then shares his personal experience of working with ACSA since 2004, describing his initial presentations on project management and how he adapted his approach over time to incorporate more practical examples, humour, and interactive exercises. He emphasizes the importance of understanding the cultural context of learning and teaching in the Czech Republic, highlighting the need for clear explanations, humour, and open discussions.
