The following report presents a strategic analysis of the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC). In order to analyse the external environment and potential advantages and disadvantages, the BBC faces, a PESTEL analysis was conducted. Porter’s Five Forces analysis was applied, so that the competitive environment can be illustrated. The generation of value will be evaluated with a value chain analysis.
