Author’s copy: what is it?
You have published your text with us and now want to hold your book in your hands? No problem! As a GRIN author, you can order your own titles from us at a reduced price as so-called author copies (or your own copies) as soon as they have been published in the print version (we will inform you about this by e-mail). The amount of the discount depends on the order quantity: the more books you add to the shopping cart, the higher the discount.
How does it work?
In your account you will find the item “Order my books” under “My texts” on the left.
Here you will see an overview of all titles that can be ordered . If you have published titles with us that have only been published as e-books, they will not appear here.
As a next step, select the title for which you want to order author copies and either enter the desired quantity or use the slider to change the order quantity. On the right-hand side, you’ll see how much discount you’re getting compared to the retail price. It’s worth it for you from the very first order!
