Abstract or Introduction

In this article a regression function is described, that could be used for calculation of driving times of freight vehicles. This is especially helpful in connection with large numbers of data, which are necessary to calculate the usually yearly based contract volumes of road hauliers. Through the integration of this function in existing ERP systems, the transfer orders or even tours could be significantly assessed.
